Work with me

Two ways to work together

One side of this is infrastructure and the other is training. They are different services, but the method is the same: work out what is actually happening, agree what success looks like, then execute and measure it.

Track one

IT & systems

Around ten years administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. Independent consulting and project work - see the technology page for the full capability list.

Assessment

Environment review

A focused review of identity, mail flow, sharing, endpoints and DNS, delivered as a written findings document ordered by risk rather than by how easy something is to fix.

Scoped per environment

Project

Migrations & remediation

Defined-scope delivery: tenant-to-tenant or cross-platform migration, identity cleanup, email security remediation, endpoint rollout. Fixed outcome and documentation at handover.

Fixed scope, quoted up front

Ongoing

Retained support

Continuing administration and escalation for small organizations that need someone who already knows the environment, without carrying a full internal IT function.

Monthly, by arrangement

Track two

Training & physique

Structured training built the same way as everything else - see the physique page for the approach in full.

Programming

Training plan

A written block built around your schedule, equipment and starting point, with the progression rules made explicit so you know what to do when a session goes badly.

Per block

Coaching

Ongoing check-ins

Regular review of training logs, bodyweight trend and progress photographs, with adjustments made on the evidence rather than on how a given week felt.

Monthly

Review

Form & technique

Video review of your main lifts with specific corrections. Execution decides which muscle receives the work, and it is the cheapest thing to fix.

Per session

Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell me the situation

Describe the problem as it actually is rather than the solution you think you need. A short message is enough to start.

  2. 02

    A straight answer

Whether this is something I can help with, roughly what it involves, and what it would cost. If it is not a good fit I will say so rather than take the work.

  3. 03

    Agreed scope

What is included, what is not, what success looks like and when it is finished - written down before anything starts, so there is nothing to argue about later.

  4. 04

    Delivery and handover

The work, then documentation you can actually use. For training, that means a plan you understand well enough to run without me.

Pricing & payment

Straightforward, once set

Not yet published Rates are not listed here yet, and no figures have been invented to fill the gap. Pricing is quoted per engagement in the meantime - ask and you will get a number.

Payments

Online payment and booking are planned but not connected. Until then, invoicing is arranged directly. Implementation options are documented in the project README.

Get started

Describe the problem, not the solution.

IT or training - send the situation as it stands and you will get an honest answer about whether I am the right person for it.
